Just talked to Brandi and Clay. Katie, with the Bethany Agency in Atlanta, called them at 1:00 am their time. She said that the document in question is in the package that the judge has. So all should be well. I pray that she will see how much Brandi and Clay love little Evan Dennis.

I just read your posting, and I am breathing a sigh of relief. After I read your post, it dawned on me which document was in question, and yes, it would be in the dossier. It is a letter from Bethany concerning their credentials as an agency, and Clay and Brandi would have had it notarized and apostilled (personally) before leaving. Katie could've easily checked their dossier to confirm that is is there (she has a copy of the dossier here in the US as a back-up), so I am sure her supportive words to them today were based on that.
I don't know if I will be able to sleep tonight. PLEASE: AS SOON AS YOU HEAR SOMETHING, PLEASE MAKE A POST!

Hay Brandi, Clay and Evan I am so glad to hear that evrything now is going to be fine. You all are in my prayers nightly and Christine askes about you all the time.
