Evan has two twin beds that convert into bunk beds. In the past whenever he has asked for bunk beds we've said maybe when you're 5. He forgets nothing and has reminded us often that we told him that he may be able to have them when he turns five. Well, he'll be 5 this month and has really been wanting them so we gave in to his request. He knows that with bunk beds comes lots of rules and responsibilities and if they're not followed the beds come down. He is super excited about them and thinks it is so cool to sleep on the top bunk. He feels like such a big boy, which he is!!

Skip loves his loft bed too. I was a nervous wreck for the first months or so, but he has been good about safety rules. Our boys are growing up, that's for sure!
I always loved my bunk beds when I had them when I was little! I am sure I will be the same way when Jackson wants some. I will keep putting it off :)

We are so excited for you Evan! Carter was "working" on the computer with me when I looked at the pictures of you in your bunk beds and now he wants two beds, too! I may have to bring him over soon to let him test them out before we make any big purchases!
