Here's a quick post about Evan's first day...
Evan seemed to have a good day at school but did get upset a few times. His teacher said that he cried when they read The Kissing Hand, which is one of the books that we read together the night before. He left school with a family picture of us and a kissing hand in his pocket so the story really reminded his Mommy. Mrs. Willis said that he used his picture a lot. He said that he cried when it was time to go night-night because he missed us so today he went to school with a small stuffed lion with fuzzy hair to help. He seemed happy for the most part but Sunday night didn't want to go to school. It's a big adjustment, one that we will all get used to soon. This morning he didn't want to "sleep there" but seemed to be in a good mood.

Awww, poor little guy. It IS a big adjustment for them. You guys are so attentive to his needs that I'm sure he'll be fine! The stuffed animal was a great idea!
awww... so sad. But he will soon love it! I bet you miss him so much!
I feel so sad for the poor little guy. Hope that you don't go through the throwing up stage like my parents went through with my younger sister when she started kindergarten. Things will get better.
