♥ What are your middle names? Brandi Lee and Brandon Clay (yeah, cute...Brandi and Brandon...for those of you who didn't know.
♥ How long have you been together? We've been married for 11 years and 'together' for almost 12! WOW!
♥ How long did you know each other before you started dating? We met in June of 1997, had our first date a couple of weeks later and were engaged 3 months later. SHHH, don't tell our kids!
♥ Who asked who out? I guess you can say he asked me out...or maybe you'd call it more of an excuse. I was working for Belk at the time and Clay asked me if I could take him shopping so he could use my discount. LOL He said that he needed a new pair of pants for work...HE DIDN'T...by the way.
♥ How old are each of you? I am 30 and Clay will be 36 next month.
♥ Whose siblings do you see the most? Mine
♥ Do you have any children together? We have Evan, almost 6 and 17 month old twins, Ella and Elijah.
♥ What about pets? Two dogs...Maci and Woody
♥ Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple? Lack of time together...alone...other than when the kids are asleep. Thank God for early bedtimes!!
♥ Did you go to the same school? Nope
♥ Are you from the same home town? Sorta yes and sorta no...we weren't raised in the same town but I definitely called Covington my home town when we went even though I didn't go to school here.
♥ Who is smarter? I'd say be both have our areas of expertise. lol
♥ Who is more sensitive? Humm, don't really know... JK... that would be ME for sure!!!
♥ Where do you eat out most as a couple? El Charros
♥ Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple? Russia for our darling son!!
♥ Who has the craziest exes? Probably me
♥ Who has the worse temper? Probably me
♥ Who does the cooking? Me
♥ Who is more social? I don't know...I guess it depends on the situation.
♥ Who is the neat-freak? I don't know...but I do know that my clean and Clay's clean are two different types of clean!
♥ Who is the more stubborn? Again...probably me.
♥ Who hogs the bed? I hog the bed and Clay hogs the covers. He can't get into a bed without pulling and un-tucking the covers from the bottom. It used to drive me crazy, now I'm just used to it.
♥ Who wakes up earlier? Clay, he gets up with the kids and lets me get an extra hour of sleep. Isn't he grand!?!
♥ Where was your first date? Well...if you call a spontanous shopping trip...where he just showed up at my house and asked me to take him shopping a date...then it would be...Belk then Uptons, then Stalvey's for dinner. After dinner we rented "One Fine Day" and went back to his house to watch it.
♥ Who has the bigger family? Me
♥ Do you get flowers often? Occasionally, he'll bring some home. Whenever the subject of flowers comes up, he tells me that if I'd get a job so he'd have a place to send them I would get them more often. lol
♥ How do you spend the holidays? In a whirlwind...I wish it could be calmer. We're driving in this direction and that, trying to get everyone in.
♥ Who is more jealous? Neither of us...we're both very secure and are fine with each other having friends of the opposite sex. Though I will admit, that I used to be a jealous idiot when we first met.
♥ How long did it take to get serious? Days... we pretty much knew almost right away!
♥ Who eats more? He does...he amazes me with what he can eat!
♥ Who does the laundry? Clay does and it's ONE of the things that makes him the best husband EVER!!!
♥ Who’s better with the computer? Probably me
♥ Do you think you will stay in the town you are living now? Absolutely!
♥ What is your song? I don't think we really have one...there are lots of songs that over the years were very fitting at the time...so I guess they change.
